But not so when the great controversy shall be ended. Then, the plan of redemption having been completed, the character of God is revealed to all created intelligences. The precepts of His law are seen to be perfect and immutable. Then sin has made manifest its nature, Satan his character. Then the extermination of sin will vindicate God’s love and establish His honor before a universe of beings who delight to do His will, and in whose heart is His law. – {DA 764.3}
When I see a title “Living Faith” or “Lessons on Faith”, I automatically tune out. Satan has so perverted the concept of faith, that people generally ignore this vital topic. Most of the info written on it is either outright false, or just pointless. This is not one of those series.
We know that “without faith it is impossible to please God”, but what is faith? People often think faith is a mindless accepting of something for which there is no evidence. This series shows how wrong this concept (and even dictionary definition) is.
Either way, this is a very misunderstood topic and one that most certainly warrants our full attention.
The 144,000 is a big question for most Adventists. Who are they, are they a literal number, when are they sealed from?
The two positions generally held are that the 144,000 are those alive during the plagues. If this is what you believe, this book may surprise you.
This is a small book put together by J.N. Loughborough – one of the prominent advent pioneers. He finishes it with a quote that really answers the question once and for all. Everyone should read this book… and the best part is, it is very small… and in audio

Jeremiah 6:13-16 (KJV)
For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. [14] They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.
