Latest Nutrition Science for 2014

There has been a significant amount of progress since Colin T Campbell and his colleges did the China Study (if you haven’t read the book, you should).  In the following video, Dr Michael Greger from Nutritionfacts.org takes us through nutrition science that has come to light over the last year.  As always the science seems to very strongly indicated that a plant based diet is the best way to avoid the leading causes of death.
